American Roulette is similar to French Roulette, with a few minor differences:

• The distribution of the bets on the board
• Marking the winning number with a small dolly.
• The chips used for betting
  

The American roulette chips are distinguished by their colour (eight different colours at each table) compared to the French Roulette chips which display different values and drawings for each table. You may choose both their colour and value, which must be the same for all chips exchanged.

Before leaving a Roulette table you must cash in your chips, since they are only valid at the table where you exchanged them.
